Happy 4th of July!

4th Of July Door

I am probably the only blogger who didn’t make their own 4th of July door wreath/art. Each holiday I pick what gets my time and focus for my family, because I can not do it all. This year, the focus is … FOOD!!!!

Of course, I am making this food today and haven’t made it yet, so I don’t have pictures. If you follow me on Instagram (find @maryorganizes), I’ll give you some peaks of our food and fun throughout the day. I want to know what you are eating and doing today! Feel free to share in the comments below so I can have a peak too!

Johanson Family 4th of July BBQ Menu

Dinner

Easy Ribs (recipe coming in time for Labor Day … lol)
Corn on the Cob
The Best Macaroni Salad Ever (PW’s recipe)
Watermelon, grapes, blueberries
Fresh Lemonade (my recipe)

Desert

S’mores over our campfire
Root beer floats (arguably in my top 5 favorite deserts ever!)

I love days where the business of the day is family fun. I am so grateful for all the families that aren’t together today, because they have fought and continue to fight for my Freedom. I know that …

Freedom Is Not Free

God bless America!

    1. Oh, and thanks for being a dedicated reader and customer, sweetie-pie! I thought you only read the posts when I said “hey read this, did I say anything weird, misspell anything or use bad grammar?”. Oh wait, I did ask you to submit a comment so I could test my new plugin. You are the bestest.

Leave a comment! I love to hear what you think!
